ICFSNHH 2027 welcomes original and unpublished papers addressing food science, food chemistry, food processing, food safety, nutrition, metabolism, clinical and public health nutrition, functional foods, sustainable food systems, human health, and related interdisciplinary fields. Manuscripts must be written in English and submitted in an editable Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) no later than 15 March 2027. All eligible full-paper submissions will undergo formal academic review, and the editorial decision will normally be communicated within 10–20 days after submission. Before submitting, authors should ensure that all author information, affiliations, abstracts, keywords, ethical declarations, tables, figures, and references are complete and accurate and that the manuscript follows the official ICFSNHH 2027 paper template.
