  • 2027 International Conference on

Food Science, Nutrition and Human Health

    (ICFSNHH 2027)

    ICFSNHH 2027 | April 7–9, 2027 · Hong Kong, China
  • Visa Information

The information below is provided for general reference only. Visa and entry policies may change. Participants should consult the Hong Kong Immigration Department or the nearest Chinese diplomatic and consular mission for the most current requirements and application procedures.
Visa or entry-permit requirements for Hong Kong depend on a traveller’s nationality and type of travel document. Nationals of many countries and territories may visit Hong Kong without a visa or entry permit for periods ranging from 7 to 180 days. Participants should consult the official Visit Visa / Entry Permit Requirements for the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to determine whether a visa or entry permit is required.
Participants who do not qualify for visa-free entry, or who intend to remain in Hong Kong beyond the permitted visa-free period, must obtain the appropriate visa or entry permit before travelling. Applications may be submitted online or through other channels specified by the Hong Kong Immigration Department. Visit or transit applications normally take approximately four weeks to process after all required documents have been received; participants are therefore advised to apply well in advance.
All visa and entry-permit applications are assessed independently by the Hong Kong Immigration Department. Registration for ICFSNHH 2027, acceptance of a paper, or the provision of conference documentation does not guarantee that a visa or entry permit will be issued. The conference organisers are not authorised to make immigration decisions or influence the outcome of an application.
For detailed guidance, application procedures, and supporting-document requirements, please visit the official Hong Kong Immigration Department Visit/Transit webpage.
